Welcome to CallMaimo (“CallMaimo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, contacting us, or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1.Company Services
CallMaimo provides travel and mobility support services, including but not limited to:
- Study abroad application assistance
- Career Orientation and Planning
- Program orientation and selection
- Admission Assistance
- Visa application guidance
- Pre-Departure orientation
- Work visa assistance
- Tourist visa assistance
- Flight reservations and ticketing support
- Hotel and accommodation reservations
- Travel consultation and advisory services
- Document preparation guidance
CallMaimo operates strictly as a service facilitator and administrative support provider. We do not control, represent, or influence embassies, immigration authorities, airlines, hotels, educational institutions, or employers.
2.Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old to engage services independently. Individuals under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3.Scope of Service
Our services include consultation, document guidance, application preparation, and submission support based on information provided by the client. CallMaimo does not provide legal representation and does not make immigration decisions.
4.Payment Terms
Visa Assistance Fees
Payment for visa assistance services is due only after visa approval unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service fees cover administrative support only and do not include embassy or government fees unless explicitly stated.
Travel and Reservation Services
Flights, hotels, and other reservations must be paid in full before confirmation. Prices may change until payment is completed.
All payments made to CallMaimo for services already rendered are non-refundable.
5.No Guarantee of Outcome
Visa approvals, refusals, processing times, and entry decisions are made solely by embassies and immigration authorities. CallMaimo does not guarantee approval or issuance of any visa, permit, or travel authorization.
6.Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
• Submit authentic and valid documents
• Provide required documents within requested timeframes
• Attend interviews or appointments when required
• Comply with all travel and immigration laws
Clients are solely responsible for consequences resulting from false, incomplete, or misleading information.
7.Third-Party Providers
Airlines, hotels, institutions, employers, insurers, and transport providers operate independently. Their policies apply to all bookings. CallMaimo is not liable for delays, cancellations, service failures, losses, or policy changes caused by third parties.
8.Changes and Cancellations
Client-requested changes may result in additional fees.
Refunds, if any, are subject to third-party provider policies.
Administrative and service fees charged by CallMaimo are non-refundable once work has commenced.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallMaimo shall not be liable for:
• Visa refusals or immigration decisions
• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
• Losses caused by third-party providers
• Financial loss, missed opportunities, or indirect damages
• Errors caused by inaccurate client information
CallMaimo’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid directly to CallMaimo for the specific service involved.
10.Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold CallMaimo harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from inaccurate information, misuse of services, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.
11.Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, materials, and processes are the property of CallMaimo. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
12.Data Use
By using our services, clients consent to the collection and processing of personal information necessary for service delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
13.Electronic Communication
Clients consent to receive notices and communications electronically via email, messaging platforms, or our website.
14.Service Refusal
CallMaimo reserves the right to refuse or terminate services where required by law, compliance obligations, fraud prevention, or breach of these Terms.
15.Force Majeure
CallMaimo shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including government actions, travel restrictions, natural disasters, or system failures.
16.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any dispute shall be resolved by competent courts in Cameroon.

REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by CallMaimo.
1.Visa Assistance Services
Service fees are charged for administrative support and expertise.
Fees paid after visa approval are non-refundable.
Visa refusal does not create a refund obligation where services were fully provided.
2.Travel and Reservation Services
Flights, hotels, and related bookings are subject to the policies of the respective provider.
Refund eligibility depends entirely on third-party rules and conditions.
CallMaimo is not responsible for provider refusal to issue refunds.
3.Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
• Consultation services
• Administrative processing work
• Document preparation services
• Government and embassy fees
• Third-party processing charges
• Services already performed
4.Processing of Eligible Refunds
Where a third-party provider issues a refund, funds will be returned to the client after receipt by CallMaimo, less any applicable service or administrative charges.
5.Service Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels after work has commenced, no refund shall be issued for completed work or incurred costs.
