For regulated services—specifically international student placement and workforce mobility, we independently verify program compliance through official government channels, including:
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
The UK Home Office & British Council
Relevant Provincial and Territorial regulatory bodies

Financial & Contractual Integrity
To maintain the highest level of fiscal accountability, CallMaimo Consulting enforces the following standards:
Binding Agreements: All collaborations require official written contracts outlining clear scopes, timelines, and liabilities.
Fee Transparency: We mandate a transparent fee structure with no hidden costs to the client or the partner.
Corporate Banking: All financial transactions must be processed through corporate bank accounts matching the registered legal entity. We do not process payments to personal accounts for corporate partnerships.
Milestone Models: We favor performance-linked or milestone-based payment models to ensure shared accountability.

Individual & Sub-Agent Referral Policy
Professionalism. Accountability. Performance.
CallMaimo Consulting welcomes collaboration with motivated individuals and independent education consultants. However, to maintain our Zero-Tolerance Policy on Fraud, all individual partners must operate under our Authorized Referral Framework.
1. The Role of a Referral Partner
Individual partners act strictly as Lead Generators.
You identify qualified students and professional clients.
You provide initial information based only on official CallMaimo materials.
You refer the lead to our Douala Headquarters for professional vetting and processing.
You do not collect fees from clients in the name of CallMaimo.
You do not guarantee visas or admissions.
2. Mandatory Onboarding for Individuals
Before you can claim any commission, you must be registered in our database. Requirements include:
Identification: Valid National ID Card or Passport.
Location: Verification of your base of operations.
Ethics Agreement: Signing the CallMaimo Code of Conduct, which prohibits the submission of forged documents.
Training: Completion of a 30-minute orientation on our 2026 Canada/UK/European program requirements.
3. Financial Standards & Commissions
We value your network and reward results fairly:
Direct Commissions: Paid only upon successful Visa Approval and financial reconciliation of the client’s file.
Official Payments: Commissions are paid via bank transfer or verified mobile money to the registered partner only.
No Side-Fees: Charging clients “extra” fees outside of CallMaimo’s official invoice is grounds for immediate blacklisting and legal reporting.
4. Zero-Tolerance for Misrepresentation
CallMaimo Consulting is built on Institutional Integrity.
If a sub-agent submits a falsified bank statement or transcript, the partnership is terminated instantly.
Any individual found using the CallMaimo logo or name to extort money from families will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities in Cameroon.
5. How to Join as an Authorized Referral Partner
If you have a network of serious students and want to earn the industry’s most competitive commissions (up to 150,000 FRS per visa), follow these steps:
Request the Partner Form: Email secretariat@callmaimo.com with the subject: “Individual Partner Application – [Your Name]”.
Submit ID & References: Provide your credentials for our internal risk assessment.
Onboarding Interview: Brief meeting with our Operations Manager (Miss Eleanor).
Authorized ID: Receive your unique Partner Code for tracking your referrals.
